AI, behavior science, and the systems that make quality clinical care a reality.
Beth Garrison combines artificial intelligence, behavior science, and human services operations to help organizations build practical systems for clinical care, supervision, and workforce support.
Through Shaping Development, she builds systems that elevate care quality without overwhelming the people responsible for it.
Prior to her PhD in AI, Beth spent over a decade designing and implementing vocational and behavioral programs for clinical organizations, school districts, and insurance funders across the US. She’s also developed customizable training packages for field staff and parents of children diagnosed with developmental disabilities, drawing on her background in organizational development and instructional design.
